Sondercove Foundation
Our Non-Profit is Expanding Access. Removing Barriers. Building Community Care.
The Sondercove Foundation exists to ensure that people who face barriers to traditional services still have access to supportive services rooted in lived experience.
When systems create barriers to care, our Foundation create pathways.
Across communities, many individuals struggle to access cultural affirming holistic mental health and substance use support. Barriers such as cost, eligibility requirements, insurance limitations, and systemic inequities prevent people from receiving the care they deserve.
Sondercove Foundation was created to address these gaps.
Through community-driven initiatives, peer specialist principles, and direct assistance, the Foundation expands access to resources that promote healing, stability, and long-term wellbeing. Our work centers individuals who have historically faced the greatest barriers to care, including communities of color, youth, and families navigating complex systems.

Sondercove Foundation
The Sondercove Foundation was created to bridge the gap between need and access in mental health and substance use recovery. We believe that healing should not depend on privilege, income, or insurance status. By funding free, peer-led, and culturally responsive services, we work to remove the systemic and financial barriers that prevent individuals from receiving the support they deserve. Rooted in the understanding that wellness is shaped by social determinants of health, we invest in people, communities, and initiatives that strengthen belonging, resilience, and holistic recovery.
