As the nonprofit arm of Sondercove Wellness, we provide free, supportive services to historically marginalized individuals and those facing barriers to accessing care. We are intentionally removing financial obstacles and gaps in health insurance coverage.
Our mission extends beyond direct support to address the broader social determinants of health that shape wellbeing, including housing stability, food security, and access to quality healthcare. Through collaboration, advocacy, and lived experience, we are transforming recovery.
