Our Peer Support Specialists bring lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery and use that insight to foster connection. They accompany peers as they define their own goals, strengthen self-determination, and navigate complex systems.
Our Housing Specialists support participants in securing and maintaining safe, stable housing aligned with their goals and circumstances. They assist with housing searches, landlord communication, applications, and navigating local housing systems while addressing barriers that impact long-term stability.
Our Youth Services are designed to support young people in building confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills. We create affirming, culturally responsive spaces where youth can explore their strengths, strengthen relationships, and work toward personal and academic goals.
Our Parent Peer Support Specialists bring lived experience raising a child with emotional, behavioral, mental health, or substance use challenges. They accompany caregivers as they define goals for their family, strengthen advocacy skills, and navigate systems.
Our Individualized Skill Development providers support participants in strengthening a variety of daily living skills. They focus on building practical skills such as communication, organization, emotional regulation, budgeting, and community engagement in ways that align with each participant’s goals and pace.
Our Employment-Related Services support participants in identifying vocational goals and strengthening skills needed for meaningful work. We assist with job readiness, résumé development, interview preparation, workplace communication, and navigating employment systems.
Our Service Facilitators coordinate and oversee each participant’s individualized recovery plan to ensure services align with their goals and strengths. They collaborate closely with participants, families, and providers to maintain continuity of care.
Our Therapists provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive services that support healing, growth, and emotional wellbeing. They collaborate with participants to explore challenges, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward meaningful goals within a safe and respectful therapeutic space.
Our Physical Health Monitoring services support participants in strengthening overall wellness and engagement in medical care. We assist with appointment coordination, understanding medical information, tracking symptoms, and building routines that promote long-term physical stability and recovery.
