Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)

Sondercove Wellness is a certified provider of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) in Dane County and Rock County, Wisconsin. CCS is a voluntary, Medicaid-funded program for individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges.

We provide service facilitation, peer support, parent peer support, housing case management, skills development, employment services, medication management, therapy, physical health monitoring, and more. Our work centers Black mental health and substance use recovery, recognizing how culture, systemic inequities, and lived experience shape healing.
