She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and her Master’s of Social Work degree from the esteemed University of Wisconsin - Madison, equipping her with a robust academic foundation to drive impactful change in her community.

With over a decade of professional expertise in case management, Coty has honed her skills working with renowned organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County and Sauk County Human Services’ Child Protective Services unit. Her role involved comprehensive support and advocacy, navigating complex systems to ensure children and families received the necessary resources and guidance to thrive.
