Physical Health Monitoring

Wellness That Includes the Body and Mind.

What Participants Can Expect

Participants can expect supportive monitoring of their physical health to ensure medical needs are addressed alongside mental health and substance use recovery goals. Services focus on tracking important health indicators, strengthening healthy routines, and supporting communication with healthcare providers.

Physical Health Monitoring may also include support during medical appointments to ensure participants feel confident advocating for themselves and fully understand treatment recommendations or care plans. When identified by the participant, services may also incorporate wellness activities—such as exercise or movement—as coping strategies that support overall health and recovery.
