Trinity Egeston

As a native of the community I serve, I have a deep understanding of the people, challenges, strengths, and resources that shape our community. My personal connection gives me a unique perspective and allows me to approach my work with genuine compassion, understanding, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for advocating for all people and ensuring that individuals feel heard, respected, supported, and empowered to make choices that reflect their own goals and needs. My backgrounds in paralegal services and health care have provided me with valuable skills in advocacy, communication, problem-solving, resource navigation, and working alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds.

I am passionate about helping individuals and families identify and overcome barriers to stable housing while connecting them with resources, community supports, and opportunities that can support greater stability, independence, and overall well-being. I understand that housing can have a significant impact on a person’s ability to work toward their recovery goals and participate fully in their community. I believe everyone deserves access to safe, stable housing and the opportunity to thrive, and I am proud to bring both my professional experience and personal connection to the community into this work.

Through my work, I hope to support individuals in identifying their strengths, building skills, navigating systems and resources, advocating for themselves, and making progress toward the goals they have identified for their lives and recovery.
