Sheena Wilson
I am a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitator Worker and Sondercove Wellness with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, chronic health conditions, and varying levels of support needs. My approach is centered around meeting people where they are, building meaningful relationships, and helping individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to live more independently.
Throughout my career, I have worked in caregiving, group home, assisted living, and community-based settings. My experience includes independent skills development, person-centered support, community integration, housing and resource navigation, employment readiness, advocacy, documentation, crisis support, and helping individuals work toward their personal goals.
I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion. I take pride in being someone people can trust and rely on, and I am passionate about creating opportunities that promote independence, stability, confidence, and a better quality of life.
Outside of my professional work, I am a proud mother and entrepreneur. My personal experiences have strengthened my resilience and deepened my commitment to helping others recognize their own strength and potential.
