Paula is a Certified Peer Specialist and Certified Parent Peer Specialist, bringing two credentials and lived expertise to her work with families. She specializes in working alongside parents, youth, and children navigating complex systems of care, offering support that is both compassionate and practical.

Her approach centers on creative service delivery and a unique ability to connect with children and youth of all ages. Paula is skilled in building trust, nurturing strengths, and ensuring that young people feel seen and heard. She provides special education and 504 plan support, helping families understand the law, their rights, and their children’s rights, while advocating for inclusive, student-centered solutions.
