Nestic Morris
Nestic Morris, MSW is a social worker, facilitator, and community leader whose work is deeply rooted in advocacy for Black communities and other underserved populations. With a strong foundation in systems-level navigation, Nestic brings experience supporting individuals and families across child welfare (CPS), medical systems, criminal justice involvement, and other complex service networks. Her approach is grounded in cultural humility, trauma-informed practice, and a deep understanding of how systemic inequities impact individual and family wellbeing.
Within Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), Nestic provides service facilitation and direct support that centers autonomy, voice, and self-determination. She works collaboratively with participants to identify strengths, clarify goals, and coordinate meaningful services that reflect their lived realities. Her specialties include sexual and domestic violence support, grief work, trauma-informed interventions, youth development, and the integration of spiritual and mental health practices as part of holistic wellness. Nestic is committed to ensuring participants feel seen, heard, and respected as the experts of their own lives.
In my work, I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe enough to speak their truth and strong enough to shape their own path forward. My lived experiences guide how I show up — with honesty, accountability, and a deep respect for the resilience within our communities. I am committed to supporting individuals and families as they navigate complex systems, reclaim their voice, and build lives rooted in dignity, purpose, and possibility.
