Kaeden Watford (he/him) is a Black trans man, father, and partner, his work is rooted in the belief that every individual is inherently worthy of autonomy and healing. By centering intentionality and compassion, Kaeden creates the necessary space for others to navigate their unique journeys toward meaningful living.

Kaeden’s expertise is deeply grounded in his lived experience with substance use, mental health challenges, and suicidal ideation. As a justice-impacted individual, he possesses a firsthand understanding of the systemic barriers and personal struggles that many in his community face. These experiences allow him to approach support with a unique perspective, ensuring his advocacy remains authentic and rooted in the real-world complexities of those he serves.

A Certified Peer Specialist and Trainer since 2023, Kaeden also serves as a trained Doula for trans-inclusive birthing and an Alternatives to Suicide Facilitator. These roles are the tools he uses to practice the art of "walking alongside" others without judgment. By uplifting self-determination and empowerment, Kaeden ensures that the people he supports remain the primary authors of their own lives, holding firm to the belief that healing is a collective right.
