Kadijha Davis

Kadijha is a social worker, health policy leader, and community advocate who is deeply committed to creating spaces where people feel supported, heard, and empowered to shape their own lives. She holds a Master of Social Work in Health Policy and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has spent more than eight years working at the intersection of health, racial equity, community well-being, and systems change.

Throughout her career, Kadijha has worked alongside communities, nonprofit organizations, policymakers, and healthcare partners to address inequities and create more responsive systems of care. Her work has centered particularly on Black women and communities that have historically been overlooked or underserved, with a focus on building connection, strengthening community power, and supporting people in navigating complex systems.

Kadijha believes that people are the experts in their own lives and that meaningful wellness requires more than addressing individual needs in isolation. It also means creating room for connection, imagination, self-determination, and the possibility of something different. She brings a compassionate, person-centered approach to her work and is committed to helping people recognize their own knowledge, strengths, and capacity for change.

Kadijha is excited to join Sondercove and contribute to a community that understands healing is both personal and collective. Her goal is to create a supportive space where people can feel seen, explore what wellness means for them, and build toward lives that feel more whole and fulfilling.
