Brigette Best

Brigette is a Certified Peer Support Specialist who draws on her lived experience with addiction and mental health challenges to connect with people on their own paths toward recovery and wellness. She is passionate about meeting people where they are, listening without judgment, and walking alongside them as they recognize their strengths and explore what a more meaningful, fulfilling life could look like.

Brigette believes recovery is personal and that no single approach works for everyone. Her holistic perspective recognizes the important roles that community, spirituality, supportive relationships, nature, movement, and creativity can play in both recovery and overall well-being. Rather than telling someone what their path should look like, she offers support, perspective, and encouragement while they do the work of creating change for themselves.

Above all, Brigette wants the people she works with to feel heard, respected, and free to share where they have been, where they are now, and where they hope to go. She brings warmth, honesty, humor, and enthusiasm to helping people build upon their strengths and discover possibilities they may not yet see for themselves. If you are looking for someone to listen, learn, and explore alongside you, Brigette would love to be that person.
