Bex Dadds

Bex is a Certified Peer Support Specialist who is deeply passionate about mental health and wellness, bringing grounded lived experience to her work. With personal experience navigating mental health challenges, trauma, substance use, and complex social environments, Bex offers support rooted in authenticity, resilience, and real-world recovery.

She is trained in trauma-informed care, mental health conditions, de-escalation, and understanding privilege, allowing her to approach each individual with awareness, sensitivity, and respect. Bex uses a “many pathways” approach, recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all and supporting individuals in finding what works best for them.

Bex is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where people feel seen, heard, and valued. She works collaboratively with clients, prioritizing autonomy and honoring each person’s right to define their own path. Through deep listening and empathy, Bex meets people where they are, building trust and fostering meaningful connection.

Her approach also integrates a full mind-body perspective, drawing from practices such as nutrition, movement, mindfulness, bodily awareness, and CBT-based coping skills. She believes that when the mind finds peace, the body can follow—and when the body is supported, the mind can begin to heal.
