FAQ for Interested or Current Sondercove Wellness Participants

  • Providers can submit referrals by emailing us directly at connect@sondercovewellness.com. Please include the participant’s name, what service is requested, areas of requested support, and your contact information. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

  • Yes. We offer community-based, in-person support and are available to meet participants in their homes, in the community, or wherever they feel most comfortable.

  • Absolutely. We offer virtual support via Zoom or phone for participants who prefer or require remote engagement.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Our direct services are designed for individuals enrolled in Dane County's Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program, as well as others seeking peer-led support in mental health and substance use recovery. If you're unsure whether you’re eligible, contact us—we’ll walk through it together.

  • We offer a variety of peer support services including emotional support, community integration, skill building, recovery conversations, physical health monitoring, and employment support. All services are rooted in lived experience, cultural humility, and person-led care.

  • Yes. We believe fit matters. If you’d like to work with someone of a specific background or energy, just let us know and we’ll do our best to match you with the right peer.
